Eligibility Criteria:

The hotel industry offers many career paths at different levels of expertise. Beginners or Freshers may have age limit of 16+ and a high school diploma may be required. Such positions are usually for cleaners, housemaids, housekeeping staff, laundry boy, drivers and security staff at the hotel. Management level positions require at least a bachelors degree. Preferably in business, economics or management. Some hotels may require candidates to have hotel management training and prior experience, whereas some hotels would prefer training employees by their own in house programs.
A pleasant personality is required for all hotel staff as they have to constantly deal with customers, clients and guests. You are also required to have excellent communication skills, be organized, punctual, composed and be able to multi task.
